What Gatekeeper enforces
- Plan-based instance counts and per-instance request rates (unless an admin sets a manual rate override).
- Atomic reservations against tenant/provider monthly AI budgets using estimated token costs.
- Atomic per-service monthly REST request quotas, counting admitted attempts including upstream failures.
- Active trial or subscription status before proxy traffic is allowed.
Budget costs are estimates based on configured model pricing and reported token usage; they are not a hard ceiling on your provider bill. Per-minute rate checks fail open during an Upstash outage. Gatekeeper does not sell or meter upstream provider tokens, and you remain responsible for third-party provider charges.
Manage billing
Dashboard → Settings → Manage Billing opens the Stripe customer portal to change plans, update payment details, access invoices, or cancel renewal. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the current terms.
